1. About us and these terms

This website, www.mysealf.com (the “Site”), is operated by Psycholo LTD, trading as MYSEALF (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 77-79 Station Road, London E4 7BU. You can contact us at info.mysealf@gmail.com.

These terms apply to your use of the Site and to every purchase you make from us. By placing an order or using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and information

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly on different screens. Results vary from person to person and depend on hair type, condition and how you use the product. Our content is for general information and is not medical advice.

Patch test and safety. Our products may contain ingredients, including fragrance and botanical extracts, that can cause reactions in some people. Read the ingredient list and instructions before use, do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, avoid contact with eyes, and stop using the product if irritation occurs.

4. How your order is formed

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We send an order confirmation email to acknowledge it. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example because of a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud or an unsupported delivery address. If we decline after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Cancelling before dispatch. Orders are packed for you as soon as fulfilment starts, so once that has begun we can’t cancel the order. If you need to cancel, email info.mysealf@gmail.com straight away with your order number and we will try to stop it, but we can’t guarantee that we will be able to.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site and include VAT where it applies to your country, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Standard customs and import costs are included in our prices. If new regulations or changes to customs rules lead to additional duties, taxes or customs fees being charged on delivery, you are responsible for paying them.
• Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over £70 ship free (see our Shipping Policy).
• Payment is taken when you place your order through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
• If we spot an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

6. Delivery

Your delivery time is made up of fulfilment time (normally 2 working days, and up to 3 working days in busy periods) plus the shipping time for your country, as set out in our Shipping Policy. We use fulfilment partners to prepare and ship our products, and your order may ship from a location outside your country.

Delivery times shown on the Site and at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of the order. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may charge reshipping costs.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Returns Policy forms part of these terms.

• You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it, but only if it is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products can’t be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
• To return a product, email info.mysealf@gmail.com to request a refund. Return postage is paid by you.
• If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, see our Returns Policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and offers are valid only for the stated period and conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. We may withdraw a code that is misused.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the MYSEALF and Alizée Curls names, logos, text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reuse our content without written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, using bots or scrapers, placing fraudulent orders, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

12. Content you send us

If you send us a photo, message or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your own experience and does not infringe anyone’s rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our Site and marketing channels. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

13. Third-party services and links

The Site runs on Shopify and uses third-party payment, shipping and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites we link to.

14. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights, such as the right to goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses (you are buying as a consumer), or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs delays, strikes or extreme weather.

15. Privacy and cookies

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, and we use cookies as described in our cookie notice.

16. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. We would always prefer to resolve any issue directly first, so please contact us at info.mysealf@gmail.com.
